Thug2 pro file failed to download

I'm trying to download THUG Pro, and I have tried fresh installing 3 different times, but with no luck. Here is my problem. NET, GX, SOFT = CONFIG files that exist internally in the 3 kind of PS2 emulators (ps2_netemu, ps2_gxemu and ps2_softemu). Generally CUSTOM is the preferred for PS2ISO and ENC for PS2 Classics.
